My team, and putting my talent into creating amazing dishes and see guests enjoying my food and praising about it.

Creating new food items and nurture the guests and seeing their reactions when they try my food, my fuel is their feedback
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team members lacks communication, culture, and consistency. Several leaders show little genuine concern for the business, which impacts performance and overall operational success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For my performance and hours put, i need more compensation. My salary is less $30K than average in Market. Please do something about it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The GM demonstrates strong vision and genuine care. However, the property lacks culture, communication, and consistency. Several leaders show unprofessional or disengaged behavior, limiting performance and misallocating resources, which hinders overall success.
