Much to be desired if I look beyond the property level.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

So far so good, although I personally believe a loyalty to the department was initially hired for has slowed my personal progression. I believe there is support for my future plans and have no doubt that those goals will be reached, in due time.

What makes you most happy at work?

Getting things accomplished while improving guest experience.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Transparency of expectations and open communication.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We all know we are in this boat together, and hope floats.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They show up to work and most have some pride about the wor

Completing task while learning and eventually understanding the hows and whys of it all.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Open communication, trust and consistency . I know what to expect for better or worse.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The attempts to show appreciation. Employee luncheons etc. as an opportunity to bring people together and tear down departmental walls.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Honestly, at times I find myself well outside my core responsibilities, not that I mind specifically. But, I am only paid for the one job.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are aware of my personal goals and have a willingness to depart knowledge and information to assist along the way, long as it aligns with their plans.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I pay myself more than the company does, the closer the gap becomes the better I feel about the compensation, but as long as both are required for a livable wage I personally want more.
