Every day is different but starts with a cup of coffee. We all check in with each other during our morning huddle/stand up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Practicing the Aimbridge pillars and values, on a daily basis. Building off of a foundation of leadership and growing the team with the same mindset.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I felt very welcomed from day one, the onboarding and training process was very smooth, structured and clear. They check in on all the team members, and all very personable. I feel included, and valued, which makes me more confident in my role.
