There are a good group of people to work with. Most are hard workers that share common goals to try to get the job done to the best of their abilities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a good culture. but at times the morale is low, and I believe directors need to find ways to keep the junior management associates more engaged, also making them feel like they are appreciated.
