What makes you most happy at work?

My caring and trustworthy manager. Our general manager makes us unhappy

What are some of the best things about your team?

the level of collaboration and support. People are generally willing to help each other, share knowledge, and step in when someone needs assistance. That creates a positive and dependable work environment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because my compensation does not fully reflect the scope of my responsibilities, the quality of my work, and the results I consistently deliver. Over time, I have taken on additional tasks and contributed beyond my core role, but my pay has not increased proportionately.
