What are some of the best things about your team?
My team genuinely likes and respects each other, and I love how we always celebrate each others' achievements. Whenever someone's candidate gets an offer, we all send congratulatory messages through an email chain, which always brightens my day. I feel very lucky to be on this team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company is so committed to celebrating achievement. I get emails every day about people who made Presidents' Club, got promoted, or achieved a new all-time high. I don't know these people personally, but seeing the congratulations makes me realize how much BH truly values its employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have not had the pleasure to meet a lot of the leadership team yet, but everyone that I have met is so dedicated to the company and its mission. I love how passionate and driven everyone is, it really promotes a positive atmosphere that makes me want to succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Beacon Hill offers uncapped commission from your first day, which is fantastic. They always say that they want their employees to succeed, and they literally put their money where their mouth is by giving their recruiters and salespeople the chance to earn as much as they can from the get-go.
What makes you most happy at work?
This is my first real job in my career, and I never feel looked down upon or out of place. There are moments when I forget or miss things, but my team never makes me feel bad about it. The people around me are so friendly and supportive, and I feel so happy to work for a company with this attitude.
