It's only been a few weeks, but I have felt welcomed and encouraged to thrive even within such a short time. I really enjoy the people I work with and communicate with on a daily basis. BHSG is a great company and I am excited to build a career here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around people who have similar mindsets and attitudes about work. I feel my branch is coming into work with positive and growth mindsets every day, always ready to find the good and ignore the negatives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The friendliness and the honesty. My team is always looking to give me tips and advice given I am a new hire and are always going out of their way to help me learn more and develop rapidly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy the communicative nature of all leadership team members. Goals are clearly and concisely shared and described as they come along. I am rarely in a space where I do not know what the expectations for the day ahead are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive attribute about the culture and the environment at Beacon Hill is the community. I recently attended the Q3 event in which several branches got together for a day of golf. Despite knowing next to nobody, I was warmly welcomed in by tens of people and enjoyed my time
