My experience so far here has been eye opening! I wish I made the move to Beacon Hill Staffing 8 years before. The team is outstanding, nothing but positive outcomes all the time. Everyone loves working with the managers. Clients want to work with BHSG and they have a great representation here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team cares about their employees goals, numbers which need to be hit, how to motivate the teams, have fun and professional working environments and make sure everyone succeeds at their job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No matter what this situation is or the problem you run into, the managers are their to talk and get you back on the right stride. Managers care about everything you have going on. Work or personal!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work as a team! We are all trained the same way and we care about filling everyone jobs, no matter what! We look at the end all goals and want to hit them. This team is like 1 big family and they have achieved so much over the years.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet everyone on the team and talk to everyone about the environment, the team, the managers, what a typical day is like and what they liked about Beacon Hill Staffing. Received positive feedback from everyone on the team, made the decision a no brainer. Wish I made the move 8 years ago!
