Communication with the rest of the company. All members of leadership I've met have made it clear their door is open and they're here to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The commission structure is different for people in certain states, but I believe it should be the same for each state. Those who work remote should have their at home office expenses covered - wifi, cell phone, etc.
