Overall, my experience at Beacon Hill is positive. I really enjoy the team I work on and the work I do. However, the compensation and benefits make it difficult to stay motivated and want to stay long term.

The leadership at Beacon Hill is very kind and understanding, always looking out for what's in the best interest of their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very close and inclusive. We are able to bounce ideas off each other all day long and get our work done really efficiently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay at Beacon Hill is very low and will keep you living from paycheck to paycheck, They also do not have a 401K match. This is a shame because I enjoy the other aspects of the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The office environment can be a little boring and toxic at times. Every team has different rules (some are remote and others are not). Some teams make certain employees come in and others are able to stay remote. The lack of consistency between teams and managers can be disappointing.
