The most positive piece of the culture and environment at the company is celebration. In a competitive and tough industry, celebrating wins in a team and across a company I believe has positively impacted the culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is the ability to make uncapped commission. I do not believe it is fair to expect an employee to work as hard as they do with uncapped commission versus capped commission.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my coworkers and getting closer to my team has made me the most happy at work. I love getting the chance to get to know my coworkers and build genuine friendships that have lasted outside of the office.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I believe the best part of my team is that they are not only colleagues, but friends. My team supports both wins and losses, celebrates big moments, and provides help to other members when its needed. In or out of the office I know that I can count on my team to be there when it counts.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that they took the time to figure out if this position was well suited to me or not. I was asked if I was willing to put the work and time in to succeed and it showed me that they wanted me to do well and be sure that it was an opportunity that was the right fit for me.
