What is the best part about your compensation package?

Individual commission and team incentives.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I get to leave for the day. Also the happy hours.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We genuinely care about each other, we are kind, supportive, collaborative, and we all get along very well.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We do a lot of team events to foster a positive team culture. We work hard play hard.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually listening to the needs of their employees and not just pushing metrics for the sake of metrics. Our team is incredibly dedicated, motivated, gritty, and genuinely kind, but leadership is pushing us to operate at a pace that is unsustainable. Everyone is burnt out.
