Management at BH, allows us to do what we need to do in order to succeed. Everyone wants to win, and the culture, allows us all to win

We are paid weekly, and bonus payouts are always paid monthly. We have the ability to receive Perm fees as well as temp payouts for the candidates that convert to Perm

Management at BH strives to help us all reach our goals without the browbeating that other staffing firms put their employees through. Beacon Hill staffing, is by far, a cut above the rest.

Everyone at Beacon Hill is positive about our jobs. This positive attitude and culture, allows us all to succeed. Everyone is focused to succeed, without the negativity that other staffing firms bring upon their employees.

From the top down, we as employees are always kept in the loop. Our top management team is fair, and always has our backs, BH is by far the best company I have ever worked for.

Everyone is motivated to succeed, and management helps us become successful. I have worked at other companies where the Bosses hinder production. Everyone is positive and helpful at BH. Beacon Hill stresses a positive Northbound attitude

No one fights over credit at BH. We as a team, work hard to achieve out goals. We are all one team VS I am out on my own. My immediate manager Ben Daves is by far the best manager I have ever had in my 30 + yr staffing career. He is positive, motivating, and friendly.

I love what I do for a living. Working at BH, allows me do the best I can, and supports me in everything. I enjoy working with each and every person that works in my office. We all strive to do the best we can, each and every day. Working for Ben Daves is what I like best about working at BH.
