My company is superb. My office is not due to the present leadership. Organization and transparency are two things that should be synonymous with a good work environment. Unfortunately, with a lack of effort on one of the sides (sales or recruiting), the other side inevitably can not succeed.

The thrill of being able to have uncapped success with people on your side.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like having an experienced coworker who was able to teach me new tricks of the trade from prior experiences. Additionally, the rest of our team is eager and passionate which keeps me chugging along.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A drawn out truthful plan at the date of hire would be beneficial for new employees. Going in blind with unrealistic expectations can burn someone out quickly. With the right team anything is possible, but the team needs to be in place prior to a year of employment.
