Everyone is good about checking in with each other and we enjoy interacting with people outside of our immediate teams.

They work to have lots of different employee engagement events and activities. They also have been very supportive during the pandemic.

I like that we use Blue Cross Blue Shield. It is a widely accepted insurance that gives me a wide range of options for care.

Knowing I have the freedom and trust from my manager to work independently but that everyone works so well collaboratively that there is always someone to bounce ideas off of or ask for help when it's needed.
