Working with Beacon Hill has been great. You never know what to expect coming into your first role out of college but I've had all the support I've needed here. Things got tough during the transition to working from home but everything has been great since I adjusted to that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission is great and really gives back what you put in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our team has always been fast paced but we still take the time to celebrate the little wins which I enjoy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team has stayed close during the working from home period with daily virtual meetings. It's been a bit tough to really make close connections though, given that I just started a month before COVID
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Beacon Hill really cares about it's employees and the candidates and clients we work with. I started here Feb 3 this year and most other firms would have laid me off. Also Charlie Cain is great.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really love making placements. The reason I wanted to be a recruiter in the first place was to help people out so whenever I can get an offer on the table and have that offer accepted, it's a good day.
