I enjoy working at Beacon Hill. The reputation in the market is great, there are lots of jobs to work on, career progression is clear, and it is easy to be successful. The only downside is the leader of the team creates inefficiencies in the work day, and an environment that can be very negative.

The spread based commission is great!

The collective work ethic is very high- people really push themselves and the others on the team and strive to make us all better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The collaboration is great! The members of my team and my direct Manager will put everything aside to help one another succeed, which is extremely rare in a sales environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing success quickly- I really enjoy doing staffing and being on this team but wins are quick, so I can see the difference I am making, both in terms of candidates placed, and in revenue and spread goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct Manager is amazing- as someone with prior staffing experience, he really met me where I was and understood my strengths and weaknesses quickly. He helped me right away on the things I needed support with, and really manages in a 1:1 way- individual to each person.
