I am very thankful to be a part of a company that I can also call a community.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like how the leadership team takes the time to help others with tips and strategies for success.

What makes you most happy at work?

I am happy to be able to know I am helping people on a daily basis with their searches for the right career fit.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's telling when you see people excited to engage with one another and speak so highly of the company. Employees are proud to work for Beacon Hill, and make it known.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I like how my team works together to figure out solutions. Such as with document review projects or finding the right candidate. Our manager will jump in and help out with recruiting if necessary.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't feel undervalued at all; undervalued is the wrong word to use. However, I do think there needs to be some sort of adjustment as far as overhead costs are concerned; specifically with laptops being distributed to candidates. I'm a little perplexed as to why recruiters have to bear the cost.
