It's competitive, but in a good way. Everyone supports each other and wants to see people succeed

I think my base is very fair, especially with a competitive commission plan. It was the saving grace for me when lockdowns were at their worst.

The leadership team is warm, encouraging and communicative. They care about the employees at Beacon Hill and make you feel like a valued member of a big-picture team.
