Incredible first job for out of school. The job itself provides so much professional development, the pace is incredibly fast and the communication with leadership is remarkable. That being said, there is some playing of favorites and times where I believe people may feel excluded culture wise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our ability to speak about things other than work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very communicative. Charlie Cain emails me INDIVIDUALLY - what leadership team does that? Amazing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friends! I have grown to love so many of my teammates, gotten to know their lives/families,etc. Really special. So nice to have a peer group.
What makes you most happy at work?
Ability to get involved outside of my job. I like assisting with trainings, helping with games, being a leader and doing networking events on behalf of BH. Giving!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The comp structure was never properly explained. I spent my first year believing that the commission I made on a placement, would actually be mine. It's less about the actual comp and being more transparent about how to make that money.
