It's been good overall. I think that there is a big lack of process and policy. I understand there is a lot of gray area, but the areas which are gray here make it hard for people like me who are successful to advance.

I think that there needs to be a 401K match.

I love the customers I work with and I'm fortunate to work with them.

People have been promoted into roles that they should not be in. They drag the rest of the team down and don't lead by example.
