10/10, this was my first "office" job out of college and I feel like the woman I was on day 1 versus today (3.5 years later) are completely different. I have grown so much and never would have thought I would be who I am today and I 100% credit Beacon Hill for that. They're the reason I'm successful
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my coworkers and upper management. Oh and helping people find jobs who are deserving :)
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along. We all push each other to be better. Healthy competition. We hang out outside of work and I actually bought a house across the street from my coworker now turned best friend!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very generous commission package. I've never had a commission paid position but I know that we are very fortunate and lucky and that I would have a very hard time finding this good of pay somewhere else if I were to leave (which I never will).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the transparency of the team. I love how approachable and personable they are. I love how they genuinely care for each and every person regardless of their title. I love their energy and how they present themselves as role models. I strive to be just like each and every one of them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with hands down. Don't get me wrong, the money is fantastic but I keep waking up everyday happy knowing I get to work with the amazing people that are with Beacon Hill. Heck, even if I made less money, I would still stick around because I love my coworkers and leadership so much.
