Each year I say and each year it doesn't change our CEO is amazing. He cares..he is human...he takes time to encourage...I wish I had day to day interaction with him, but obviously that is impossible. The company because of our CEO is becoming a leader in our industry and that makes me happy.

Making job orders come alive with companies. Convincing a company of their need before they realize their need.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being allow to work at home has been amazing. I really think I have been able to stay on task and focused better than being involved in company/team politics.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The level of detail that I am used is just not there. My expectations are high. I think if they took the time to actually finish things out such as in the notes/folder groups/compensation etc of candidates just is not there. Same on the client side the information is incomplete.
