I've never worked in a call center before, or worked from home and my start here was uncomfortable as i did not enjoy working from home. However once i was able to come into the office i feel as if i flourished and progression seemed for feasible

Catching up with team, recieving good feedback, knowing my training group who have moved on from me are successful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Basic pay should be better, when i joined the wage was higher than minimum but now since the increase in minimum wage this has not been carried on.
