I think that the company is really good overall. I think that clearer communication on directives from the top down as well as within the different divisions of CNX would help improve the overall experience. It helps no one when teams work in silos. We all perform better when information is shared.

I enjoy the work I do and the team I work with.

The culture emphasizes the importance of work life balance, most game-changers are kind and open to collaboration.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The package is pretty standard, yes I am satisfied but not impressed. Nothing really stands out as the best.

I like that my manager and Director are both invested in our growth as not only a team but an individual.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are kind and always willing to lend a hand/ear. They conduct themselves in a professional manner and provide a wealth of knowledge.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy when I get to work with my collegues to develop presentation to explain processes/policies. I am also happy when I get to talk to employees/managers and provide them with guidance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My scope has grown two years in a row and I have not been promoted/compensated for this growth in my current role. I have providede I frequently have offers extended to me from previous employers and other companies. I love the culture and my team but financially I do not know how long I can say no.
