Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Concentrix is my forever home. I can't imagine working anywhere else because I BELIEVE in what we do, who we are as an org, and how we choose to treat people. We have the greatest company culture I have ever experienced or heard of, and it can be felt from the top down. They aren't just words to us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The devotion to making our organization "centered around people".
What are some of the best things about your team?
We support each other and are "bought in" to the Culture.

We are a cohesive unit that freely communicates and always has each other's backs. Our different styles compliment each other well.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the work that I do. I feel that our org, and my work, makes a difference in the quality of people's lives and makes the world a better place.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is thousands of dollars less than the average for an individual contributor of my position. If the org wants to retain talent, they need to pay us at least market rate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The commitment to DEIB and things like ESG and the GRGs show that the org really cares about its people. The investment in learning and training for our leadership is of great value as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to mold the mindset and model our Culture for our new leaders. I have such an opportunity to make sure that the Culture, Operating philosophy, Innovation Mindset, and Contrarianism are passed along and proliferated through our leadership. I love the feeling I'm making a difference in Culture
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my role is being being underpaid compared to other professionals in the same roles at other leading companies in the BPO industry. We've felt the effects of headhunting recently and while I believe we have a culture that drives loyalty it will only go so far for many staff.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the commitment to the Culture. Having a Contrarian business view has allowed us to create an environment of tenacity and fanaticism for our staff that makes working here feel right. The ability to separate the human from the numbers is a key part of our strategy and drives loyalty and morale.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that we are staff focused. There are so many places that don't value the staff or are unforgiving. We give the staff every opportunity to be the best they can be and we guide them rather than be punitive. We don't want bosses working here, and it helps create a great work environment.
