My manager was promoted without any knowledge of recruiting, runs by numbers and spread sheets, there is not enough transparency, as a whole the company is reactive not proactive. We are constantly putting out fires and the communication between management and employees is inconsistent. I

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are paid to low in the TA department - we are currently 10K under what market value is for recruiters.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hold the client accountable for classes, if they request a class they must stand by it and not cancel. Change the headcount but do not cancel. I feel this is why we have such a bad VOC survey.
