We laugh, we cry, we are a team - we work well together

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are paid to low in the TA department - we are currently 10K under what market value is for recruiters.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hold the client accountable for classes, if they request a class they must stand by it and not cancel. Change the headcount but do not cancel. I feel this is why we have such a bad VOC survey.
