It is a good company to work with and the benefits before the transition were good. The team is really good and knowledgeable and the experience we have as a company is big.

It is a good experience. Still with the Legacy WH Team, they should be able to work together as a team instead of trying to avoid learning on how to work together. Estart Implementation for example. They are not whiling to use the tool because is complicated or the disciplinary matrix.

The relationship between the organizations.

As of today, the Life Insurance. But we lost some benefits with the transition.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Culture needs to be reinforced with LWH. The transition has been very complicated for the team.

The One Team Concept is great, but some people really needs to take it more seriously and support the innitiavies.

Legacy WH Team is very closed to acquire the New CNX Culture. Since processes were not clear or documented they are very closed to learn how to follow the processes that are documented at a global level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Andrea as the leader of the country knows how to move the pieces and excel the performance of the sites. She takes care of the people under her and transmit this message to the rest of the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a lot of perspectives in the team. This contributes to have different solutions and ideas. Our leader is the one who makes sure the information gets to the teams that needs the support based on our experience and expertise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Andrea, Lelis and Carlos, they do amazing leading the org. Still seeing a lot of discomfort on the Legacy WH Team when it comes to absorb the New CNX Culture, SOMs and OMs not too happy with the changes and local adjustments in the policies.
