What are some of the best things about your team?

As people they are fantastic, and they are so much more than just a colleague

What makes you most happy at work?

I am able to contribute making a difference for all the people working at my clients site. People make the difference!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

COMMUNICATION!!! Also, all the communication I have end up focusing on my forecast. Even my 1-1 and development conversation end up in a forecasting report.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Im not sure the culture is all that positive. Lots of great people, but I also experience a lot of "toxic", specially from a management and central regions (larger regions/countries, maybe because they are closer to management?)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My base salary has not changed since I started 7 years ago. I could easily go to a competitor (and they have been pushing for this) and make twice the money, but in the end of the day I stay because I believe in the vision! (the old one, the new vision is somewhat unclear to me).
