Unfortunately we are still following typical old Indian culture in the offices. Compensation is below average. Only motivation factor is you get high quality work, but at the same time, that too becomes too much of a load to complete

There is no stock options. Bonus is just a peanut. Base salary is average.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't see positive part in the culture. There are lot of areas for improvement
