I work on something that will help real people with real problems !!!

Fix fair pay, keep to your consistent mission, don't change direction so often (key point)

we communicate often, we are open and fun to work with, I love the global team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Adjust to market value, I am paid on a PM level and not even close to a senior PM, very very frustrating, I love cornerstone and their mission, we really can help people but pay is a blocker
