I feel my time overall at Cornerstone has been fairly positive BUT there have been so many changes since the Saba acquisition that the future seems very uncertain. There's a looming cloud hanging over our heads on if we will be employed by the end of the year because of synergies yet t happen.

Knowledge level, sense of humor, feels like a family.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
RSU's are the best part, when the stock is doing well.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team I'm on. The challenges I get. The flexibility of my schedule.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Laid back mentality that does not feel overly corporate. They allow me to be flexible with my time and try to give me a work life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sometimes it feels more like an education or being in college than being at a job. The learning opportunities even for someone who has been in my field for 25 years are still there. So in addition to my vast expertise and how I contribute I feel I am still able to learn at Cornerstone.
