TS Ottawa side has frequent layoffs due to nature of the current market. Working on AWS certs and I will reach out to other entities to try to move things to AWS. I like that they are honest and transparent about things. It helps.

Support and encouraging me to continue to invest my time and experience in new technologies. This is paramount to me.

My team is very helpful. They encourage and support each other, especially when it comes to new technology that has tangible benefit.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can't find the best part. I just like that it's good from all angles. Stock options for new folks would be nice.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to try new stuff that I want to try. I feel the sky is the limit and I know I'm going to be supported (to a very reasonable extent) when I need to collaborate or have a question.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I "love" how the lead architects are so open about their designs and implementations and how the executive team is also sharing their knowledge. I admire how confident they are in us to reach to their levels and eventually play a larger role in expand the company. It feels like a family.
