What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all seem to care and have great intentions, but they need to make some hard decisions and not sure those are being yet made.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all professionals, knowledgeable on their expertise, open to collaborations and helping others, clients and prospects whilst still protecting, improving and looking out for the company every time, each day and with every one around them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The resilience of the people and professionals working here. Although there is a lot of fear and negativity globally, I am amazed that although people are understandably more grumpy, they roll their sleeves up and get to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
what makes me happy at work is positive recognition: Either from a happy customer, a pleased prospect, a satisfied colleague or when acknowledge by a member of the team, a manager or leadership. Even when recognition is given to a group, as a promotion, raise, additonal RSUs or a Galaxy Batch...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
recognition - Compensation should be a recognition and a reflection that one is doing more than one job. With the integration, many of us are doing are day job as well as working round the clock to align 3/4 independent companies into a truly great company. That effort should be acknowledged.
