I like the work and the training that we can do. Perks are good. Medical benefits not good compared to other tech companies. Work/life balance used to be excellent but more urgency lately. Toxic environment/leadership and instability in the past few years.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Working from home means no boundaries. Too many projects that suddenly become urgent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm super proud of the effort towards diversity, charity, civic duty, employee welfare during the pandemic.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Address toxic behavior right away and avoid it themselves. Too much working against each other and I see it from the top. Not a good example; don't make us take sides. There should only be one-side and that's CSOD. Leadership should provide a positive united front.
