I hate going to work everday. Its a hostile environment. Management are bullies and try to put all work on the new hires. New hires are not properly trained and are just thrown out there. When they mske a mistake shift leader is annoyed and shouts. Terrible experience. Running first chance i get!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work as a team instead of talking or complaining. If your coworker makes a mistake help them!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Certain people are nice and when on a shift with them we get more done and its a more pleasant environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need people skills. They need to learn how to manage a crew that works TOGETHER not having little groups of favorites which is so obvious.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs training on how to develop a team that works together. Also how to communicate effectively and respectfully. They need a real training team to come in and train new hires and management
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I WANT TO be treated with RESPECT. Treat me like you want me to treat you. Do not think because you are shift leader that you can speak disrespectfully to crew members. If yiu have something to address to me speak to me not behind my back to other workers. So unprofessional!
