My current manager is really nice and she even seems tired of the lack of help she gets from the bigger bosses, the rude customers, and how some of the workers (mainly older men) act like they own the place and make all the young workers and women do all the work. Ive had an old manager grab my arm

Not much positivity at a very face placed work environment with rude customers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No one is paid enough, customers are rude, understaffed, no one likes working there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership like bosses and higher ups really dont care about the customers or workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise every so often would be nice, and shift leader SHOULD be paid more than regular staff. Most employees get 39 hours so that they purposely dont have to give them benefits.
