There are so many issues with staff that the management will not take care of appropriately and we have several important machines that have been broken for almost two months now. We are not allowed to call in unless we have a doctors note, or else we receive a write up. Even in an emergency.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am constantly there working. I failed my first semester of college because of how much i worked. I get called in regularly and still have to deal with so much drama. Nobody at my store participates in doing their job besides a select few.
