My boss has been nothing but rude and neglectful. My thimb was broken at this place, and he still would not cut back my hours. After putting in my two weeks notice because of this my boss "ended my employment early" by over a week.

Everything. My boss was rude, unhelpful, and childish

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing! There is no insensitive to work here. You are told you are slow and not enough, you are blamed for other co workers calling out and when my thumb was broken by another employee i was told to put a band-aid on it
