The training is horrible, understand it is a fast paced im environment but sometimes they rush you even more, not enough pay for the amount of work they make you do, sometimes dont get a break or chance to eat/drink, management can be awful.

We are always understaffed it would be better if we had more people working
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Giving employees breaks and treating employees better, not sending people home after they worked the busy hours and it starts to slow down
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When you actually get a break and their are enough people so you dont have to be overworked and actually get a chance to eat or drink something
