Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was constantly told my concerns were conplaining. Everytime i tried to improve our location i was ignored or told off.
What are some of the best things about your team?
the few good workers who shared the same drive as me to do our best work to make our store the best.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
take concerns seriously, listen to hard working employees and stop hiring incompetent individuals who dont know how to clean up after themselves.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
issues are never taken care of, the store is filthy when im not there, no one respects those who clean uo after everyone.
