Absolutely terrible. The management is terrible, they don't train anyone, punish people for being ill, treat hard workers like trash, but mediocre ones that come in late, can't do their jobs, don't we work well with others ie telling at other employees while customers are in store with profanity.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication skills. How to clean, how to work quickly and effectively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Absolutely nothing. If management isn't yelling at you then the customers are.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How easy it was to get the job. But now I see why it was so easy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hiring people that know how to work with other people for starters. Compassion goes a long way. Drop the attitudes. So many things wrong I can't even express the toxic environment that dunkin is.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is not enough to compensate the stress, and awful management teams put in place. There are no breaks given at all, often can't use bathroom for 5-6 hours at a time sometimes entire shifts. There are no benefits for working with this company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Literally everything. They do not communicate with employees at all. If you miss a shift by accident they do not call to alert you. They punish you for things out of your control. Yell and berate employees IN FRONT of customers and other employees. Just all around terrible people to work for.
