My place of work is accepting at first and open but soon turned into a mess of incorrect paychecks, managers going behind people's back with certain decisions and treating employees unfairly. Currently looking for a job at a company that is more honest with their employees.

Encouraging, helpful, very understanding and a fairly well rounded group of problem solving individuals
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers, regular team members do the most around the store, which probably isn't unique.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our crew only gets encouragement from each other. The managers don't listen to anything we say or improvements we feel can be made around the store. Until they themselves experience an inconvenience or something difficult, they will not change for our sake.
