I've been working for Dunkin for 3 weeks. I've worked at Dunkin before. I love it. Honestly management is very manipulating mentality and verbally abuse their employees. They ask you to come to work for them and talk down on you in front of customers. They train you poorly and discourage you.

Working together as a team and helping one another to becoming more successful.

My interview process went great. She had people skills and was willing to give anyone an opportunity to work together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Can not work off negatively it rubs of and is not good for a fast environment when dealing with hungry customers.
