Even if the management doesn't have the best qualities, the employees are really trying their hardest to work together and learn all the works. Most of them don't cause more stress, which is especially helpful considering we work in customer service.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, I really think that if there were better managers and/or owners running the company, we would be getting a lot more employees for longer. I have worked here for over a year and maybe one out of five employees actually stay longer than a month working here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I started working there not just for the money. I want to have a workspace where I feel comfortable with what I do, and everyone is working together to make the place run smoother. I would feel more appreciated if management actually listened to what their employees have to say.
