I just quit working wt Dunkin due to bad management and terrible employees. There is nothing but drama and criticism which should never be brought to work. I have not had a good experience working at Dunkin i have been there for almost a year and couldn't handle it anymore.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less drama, what happens outside of work needs to stay out of work. They need to work as a team.
