What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to be more accessible to the employees not have the employees jump through hoops to get to talk the the department needed to make corrections or file complaints .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay should increase according to the shift you work, midnight shift should be paid higher since they have to not only wait on customers but also take apart the equipment and clean the parts not to mention clean what the previous shift didn't do.
