What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating all employees equally and disciplining bad behavior.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not many positive things to say because I was not treated fairly. Did have some nice coworkers but most of them ended up quitting because of bad mangment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Orders always getting messed up, bad customer service, bad cleanliness, and machines are always breaking. Better concentration may make orders more acurate. cleaning more often, and treating customers better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Worked as a minor crew member for 8 months, got treated terribly by just about every manager and some other crew members. Was forced to train any new crew members hired which we could not afford ending up cutting my hours.
