The worst experience. Coworkers are rude, basically bully you. The managment is even worst. They talk to you rudely. And they are extremely unproffesional. 'Got cussed out by my boss today!' Shouldnt have been how i started my conversations with anyone.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Maybe some positive attitudes, for starter. Or maybe they coukd even try to be a little nice to everyone (including customers).
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to stop being so rude. My coworkers act as if theyre in highschool still. You wear something they dont like? You get bullied. You dont go out to parties? You get bullied. If you do anything they dont? Youre the weird kid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ive been cussed at, and talked about behind my back. Even though multiple people told me personally i have been the best employee. I would love if i could get benefits. I have zero at the Dunkin' im at, and maybe a small raise for everything they have pit me through. If i didnt move outiwouldvequit.
