My manager is absoulety terrible. She just harassed me today and took a picture of me without my consent. Shes always trying to pick fights wih everyone. She doesnt want the coworkers to get along. She doesnt throw out food thats touched the floor. I need help.

The customers are amazing especially the regulars.

We get along well despite the manager trying to turn us against each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid $15 an hour is not enough especially when im in a toxic work enviorminet that doesnt appreciate me nor respects me. The manager is terrible and is always making us feel bad. The customsrs dont like her either.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The managment is terrible and no one from the company asks for our opinons about anything. We, the workers, are the only reason customers come in and are able to get their drinks/food and without us no one would get anything.
